End-to-end content production and technical support for digital signage projects, from initial brief to installation. I handle asset creation, bespoke app builds, and branding across a client roster that includes Jet2, Morrisons, Lidl, and Sally Beauty.

Daily, I am juggling 5–10 support tickets simultaneously through Jira, which range from quick content tweaks to complex hardware faults that need real troubleshooting.

Beyond client work, I produce content for The Solution House itself — social media, client showcase reels, and WordPress content changes etc. I also handle internal IT support, which includes everything from software troubleshooting to hardware maintenance and network issues.

I supported the marketing team on WordPress and Shopify, produced web-focused media using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva, assisted with email development, created a handful of blog post copy and built several internal tools from scratch:

This is a simple web-based tool written for generating custom labels. This is fully custom to our workflow and used internally by multiple staff daily. We receive order spreadsheets which need to be parsed into labels for each individual item and box in the packing department. This tool lets you create both types of labels and it automatically populates the information based on which item and store you're picking. This saves an immense amount of time and cuts mistakes down to near zero as this was all done manually beforehand. Live Demo GitHub

This is a simple web-based game written with about 90% Claude and 10% human. This project was created as part of a marketing campaign for a Web3 crypto project to demonstrate how inexperienced developers can harness AI to build functional applications quickly. While the project was ultimately not deployed, it serves as a proof of concept showcasing AI-assisted game development capabilities. Live Demo GitHub
